SUPER T’S PATIENT RESOURCE GUIDE
Super T’s Patient Resource Guide has been a labor of love that began by our founder, Taylor. She had always envisioned a resource for patients which they could access quickly when meeting with their doctor to establish an emergency plan or discuss protocols for flares and procedures. The guide provides resources for managing this rare disease, which doesn’t have many established resources surrounding it.
Our reference guide will provide information on what mast cell disease is, triggers, and comorbidities, along with resources for those comorbidities. Patients will have access to printable resource materials along with, most importantly, an Emergency Protocol Form and Flare/Procedure Form to be filled out by your treating physician.
